Over the years KR has become one of the First stop for sub-contract CNC machining. The company services global clients for their private label requirements. KR’s core focus is to develop and deliver quality solutions in a cost-effective manner. This is also evident from its in-house engineering team and dedicated tool room for developing innovative machining processes using Jigs and Fixtures. This has helped in subsequently reducing cycle time for our bulk private label customers.

Kanban System – The company follows Kanban system of manufacturing and offers complete production and WIP traceability to its clients .
Kaizen – Regular Kaizen activities are conducted as a joint project between KR and client’s engineering team.
